By accessing or using The Bar 360°™ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use The Bar 360°. By creating an account, you represent that you are 16 or older. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.
The Bar 360° is a skincare wellness app that provides daily skincare guidance, journaling tools, routine tracking, and AI-powered skincare advice. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Bren's guidance is powered by AI trained on 10+ years of professional esthetician expertise. It's personalized to your skin profile, journal, and cycle — but it's not a replacement for in-person care. All AI-generated insights are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional for medical skin concerns, persistent conditions, or reactions.
The App offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
Due to the digital nature of the service, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error or have an issue with your subscription, contact us at hello@thebar360.app and we'll work with you to resolve it.
You retain full ownership of any content you submit (journal entries, photos, profile data). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely to provide and improve the service. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
The Bar 360°, including its name, logo, design, protocols, educational content, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of The Bar 360° and its creator. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bar 360° and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, skin reactions, health outcomes, or reliance on AI-generated guidance. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Account deletion is permanent.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Active paying members can share a personal referral link. When a friend signs up through your link:
Referral rewards are granted only after a referred friend's first successful payment. Self-referrals are not eligible. Rewards are void, and may be reversed, if the qualifying payment is later refunded or disputed. The Bar 360°™ may withhold rewards, or suspend participation, where abuse or fraud is suspected, and may change or end the referral program at any time.
Selected creators may participate in a separate affiliate arrangement offering cash compensation per qualifying paid conversion. Participation is by invitation, and specific terms are provided at enrollment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New York.
